VRPE (Video Related Picture Editor) is a GUI frontend for batch-manipulating images using ImageMagick, MPlayer, and transcode. Video files can be imported using MPlayer and exported using MEncoder. Video cutting is possible by selecting, deleting, and inserting image-ranges. Various effects can be chosen to process the images. It is possible to share workload with multiple computers connected through a LAN."
